Forienst Investments Limited vs Holborner Services Ltd in the matter of arbitration proceedings to be commenced by the Applicant against the Respondent in London under an arbitration agreement contained in a call option agreement in respect of 8.29% of the issued share capital of PIK Group in the form of shares and GDRs dated 29 May 2009.

We achieved a freezing injunction for the applicants against the respondents. The assets freezed were 22,183,363 Option Shares and 18,731,510 Option GDRs inthe Open Joint Stock Company PIK Group, company registered under the laws of Russia and being listed at the London Stock Exchange.
