Loucas Haviaras is with the firm since its establishment. He became a Partner of the firm in 2009 when he was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association and since then he is a practicing advocate and legal consultant.
He graduated from the faculty of Law at Warwick University and then proceeded with the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law, Moorgate London. In 2010 he obtained his advanced master’s in International Tax Law from the International Tax Center in Leiden, Netherlands.
In 2023, Loucas has been elected as member of the Nicosia Bar Association.
Loucas is also a member of the Tax Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Loucas was contributing to the publication of the Materials on International & EU Tax Law from 2011 to 2021, published by International Tax Center and IBFD of Netherlands.

Dispute between Russian individuals and related companies, which included the issuance and enforcement of Freezing Orders and Anton Piller Order. Successful conclusion in the region of USD 250mln.
Dispute between a Cyprus company and a foreign Bank, which included issuance and enforcement of freezing orders the mandatory order. Successful conclusion in the region of USD 502 mln of assets.
Dispute between a foreign Bank and former owners and other relevant parties. Issuance and enforcement of Anton Piller Order against over 20 defendants, including asset tracing.
Corporate dispute between Cyprus companies and foreign entities and physical person which resulted to the issuance of a final judgment in the region of USD 55mln.
Dispute between ex-owners of a foreign Bank and the bank itself - in the region of USD 250mln;
Dispute between shareholder of a Polish PLC company, dispute at the level of a Cyprus JV in the region of USD 14mln.
Cross border dispute between companies in the European Union which resulted in settlement in the region of EUR 35 mln.
Cross boarder dispute of a major real estate owner in Russia with its creditors, a dispute that involves approximately EUR 500 mln;
Acted as expert on Cyprus law to arbitration proceedings at the International Commercial Arbitration Court of Moscow (ICAC) and The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
