SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Marina Kolea obtained her Law Degree from the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH), Greece in 2013 and became a member of Athens Bar Association in 2015. Marina was actively practicing law in Athens for two years, specialising in the areas of criminal, civil and administrative law.
Marina has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2018. As an active litigator before the Cypriot Courts, she has tried a variety of cases inclusive of Civil, Administrative, Criminal, and Labor Law cases, before first instance and Appeal Courts. Additionally, Marina has extensive experience both in arbitration proceedings and alternative dispute resolution arising from insurance contracts, construction agreements and negligence issues.
In 2023 Marina attained her Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Human Rights from the University of Cyprus and from 2023 she is a member of the Human Rights Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association.
She has joined our team early in 2024 and has added value to our commitment team.
